Green graffiti

I love the idea of silently growing moss that creates a sort of green graffiti…and that’s just what Popperbox have done in Paddington Reservoir.

The walls of the reservoir are currently decorated in a growing moss poetry, as part of an installation called ‘Modern Day Mossages’. The mud and moss are locally sourced to create words that have been contributed by Sydney Poets.

Paddington Reservoir is already a beautiful oasis, but these added mossy words of beauty seem a very fitting addition to the space…perfect to while away a few minutes......
